Looking for something different for your next group event? The Classroom @ A Color Affair offers private creative experiences for birthdays, church groups, girls' nights, family gatherings, employee events, team building, reunions, clubs, organizations—or just because you want to get everybody together and have some fun!

You can come to The Classroom, or we can pack it up and bring the fun to you with The Classroom: Field Trip Edition.

Private Parties at The Classroom

Starting at $35 per person

Bring your group to us! Choose from one of our existing projects or talk with us about creating something specifically for your group.

Final pricing depends on the project selected, materials, size and customization.

The Classroom: Field Trip Edition

Starting at $40 per person • 15-person minimum

We'll bring the project, supplies, instruction—and the laughs—to your location.

Field Trip events require a minimum of 15 paid participants. Standard Field Trip pricing applies to locations within 30 miles of A Color Affair. Want us to travel farther? Give us a call and we'll let you know availability and pricing.

Your group isn't limited to the projects currently shown on our website. If you have an idea, theme or type of project in mind, tell us about it. We'll determine what's possible and provide pricing before you commit.

Need Help Promoting Your Event?

Planning the class is only part of it. We can also help you get the word out. Pick only the services you need:

Online Registration Setup — $25
We'll create an event registration page on the A Color Affair website where your guests can view the event, select available options and pay online. Includes a shareable website link and QR code.

Custom Event Flyer Design — $35
We'll create a custom promotional flyer featuring your event information and registration details. Includes one round of reasonable revisions.

Printed Flyers — 50¢ each
Want printed copies of your custom flyer? They're available with the purchase of our Custom Event Flyer Design. 10-copy minimum.

Social Media Post Graphic — $20
A custom promotional graphic designed for sharing your event on Facebook and other social media.

Custom Event Logo or Theme Design — Starting at $50
Want your event to have its own look? We can create a custom logo, theme or other graphics. Pricing depends on the design and complexity.

Promotional and registration services are optional and priced separately from class admission. One round of reasonable revisions is included with promotional designs. Additional revisions, major design changes or changes requested after final approval may require an additional design fee.
